The Eritrea Maritime Registry is the sole authority responsible for the registration and administration of vessels flying the Eritrean flag. The Registry exercises exclusive flag state jurisdiction over such vessels in accordance with national law and applicable international conventions.

Any unauthorized use, representation, or misinterpretation of the Registry’s authority, name, or official publications is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under applicable laws.
