Official Fees

The Eritrea Maritime Registry publishes and maintains an official schedule of fees applicable to services administered under its authority. These fees are established in accordance with national regulations and are intended to support the effective administration of flag state responsibilities.

Official fees apply to, but are not limited to, the following services:

• Vessel registration and annual maintenance, including provisional and permanent registration, change of flag, and annual registry fees
• Seafarer certification and endorsements, including Certificates of Competency, Certificates of Endorsement, and related services
• Surveys, inspections, and statutory services, including activities conducted directly by the Registry or through authorized recognized organizations

All fees are payable in accordance with the officially published fee schedule. The Registry reserves the right to revise fees from time to time, subject to approval by the competent authority. Any such revisions are communicated through official notices or publications.
